For schools and PTAs

School name labels your pupils draw themselves

Every child draws a character. Parents turn it into name labels with the child's name printed clearly, so children spot their own things and staff can return them.

Your school or PTA gets 15% of every order. It costs the school nothing.

Why a picture and a name work

  • Children find their own things

A child who can't read yet still knows their own dinosaur. The picture they drew is easier to spot than a name.

  • Staff can return lost property

The name is printed clearly in a font made for early readers, so whoever finds the jumper knows whose it is.

  • Parents get labels children love

Children want their own drawing on their things, so the labels actually get stuck on. That's half the battle.

Run a class art day

  1. We send your link, letter and poster

Your school gets its own code and web link, with a ready-made letter for parents and a poster.

  2. Every child draws their character

In class or at home. A favourite animal, a superhero, the family dog: anything they'll recognise.

  3. Parents order from your link

They photograph the drawing, add their child's name and approve a real-size preview. Your school gets 15% of what they spend.

Safe for children, simple for staff

  • We never receive class lists, surnames or photos of children from the school.
  • Parents give us only the first name to print.
  • Children's drawings are private, never published and never used to train AI.
  • There's nothing for staff to collect, handle or post.

Questions from schools

Does the scheme cost the school anything?

No. There is nothing to pay and nothing to sell. The school or PTA gets 15% of what parents spend when they order through the school's link or code.

Do parents have to order?

No. Ordering is entirely optional. Parents who order upload a photo of their own child’s drawing and approve a preview before anything is printed.

What do children need for a class art day?

Paper and crayons, pens or paints. One character or object per child works best, drawn large with bold outlines. Children can take their drawing home, or draw again at home.

Do you need a class list or pupil details?

No. We never receive class lists or pupil details from the school. Parents give us only the first name to print, and we never use children's drawings to train AI.

How does the school know what it has earned?

Every order placed with the school's link or code is counted. Each month we tell your contact how many orders came in and what the school has earned.
