Will my child's drawing be used to train AI?
No. We never use your child's drawing to train AI models. It is only used to make your order.
What goes on each label?
Your child's drawing and their name. The picture helps your child recognise their things, and the printed name lets teachers return lost property.
How long do you keep my child's drawing?
You choose: until 30 days after your order is delivered (or posted, if we don't hear it was delivered), so we can reprint it free if anything goes wrong; for a year so you can reorder; or until you delete it. You can delete it from your account at any time.
What information do you need about my child?
Only the first name you want printed on the labels. We do not ask for a date of birth, school name or photos of your child.
What if the result is not what I expected?
Nothing is printed until you approve a real-size preview. If the print does not match the preview you approved, we reprint it free.
Can I keep the drawing exactly as my child drew it?
Yes. "Keep it as drawn" is always an option and costs nothing extra. The Magic styles (bold label and picture-book) are optional.
What is Magic?
Magic is an optional way to redraw your child's picture in a bold label style or a picture-book style. Magic styles are made by a computer (AI) from your child's drawing: we send the drawing to an image service to make it, and we never use it to train AI. A Magic style is £3.00 extra, you can try each style as many times as you like, and "Keep it as drawn" is always free.
How much do name labels cost, and what is included?
£14.99 for a pack of visual name stickers in one size (100 clothing, 80 bottle or 60 large labels), each printed with your child's drawing and name. "Keep it as drawn" costs nothing extra; an optional Magic style is £3.00. Standard UK delivery is free over £30.00, otherwise £2.99.
What else can I put their drawing on?
The same drawing can go on a children's T-shirt (£22.99) and a canvas tote bag (£22.99). You choose where it goes and whether their name goes with it, and see a mock-up before you approve. You upload the drawing once for everything. Each is 20% off when you buy it with labels for the same drawing.
What sizes are the labels?
Each pack is one size, at the same price, and you can choose as many sizes as you like: clothing labels, 40 to 60 × 13 mm (longer for a longer name), 100 to a pack, for coats, jumpers and pe kit; bottle labels, 46 × 20 mm, 80 to a pack, for water bottles and lunch boxes; large labels, 64 × 26 mm, 60 to a pack, for book bags and shoes.
How long does delivery take?
Every item is made to order after you approve your design. Posted within 3 working days, then usually 2 to 3 working days in the post with royal mail.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We deliver to UK addresses only at the moment.
How do I wash things with labels on?
Leave stickers 24 hours to set before the first wash. Wash clothes at up to 40°C, inside out, and put bottles and lunch boxes on the top rack of the dishwasher.
