These terms apply when you buy from Scribble Tags. Please read them before you order.

About us

Your order

  • You upload a drawing, choose how it looks, add your child's first name and approve a preview. We print what you approve.
  • Our contract starts when your payment is confirmed.
  • Prices include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown in your basket before you pay.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a drawing is not suitable to print (see below) or a product becomes unavailable.

The drawing and the design

  • Your family owns the drawing. By ordering, you give us permission to use it, and any version we make from it, only to make, show you and support your order.
  • You confirm the drawing is your child's own work and that you are allowed to use it.
  • AI versions are made from your child's drawing. Our styles never copy named illustrators or well-known characters.
  • We check drawings and AI versions before printing, automatically and by a person when needed. This reduces the risk of printing something unsuitable or someone else's work, but it is not a guarantee. We may reject a drawing and will tell you why.
  • We never use your child's drawing to train AI models.

Made-to-order items

Every item is personalised for you, so the usual 14-day right to cancel for change of mind does not apply once you have approved your design and paid. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described. See returns and reprints, including our free reprint promise.

If something goes wrong

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, misprinted or does not match the preview you approved, we will reprint it free or refund you. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo.

We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for anything outside our reasonable control, but nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.

Complaints and takedown requests

Email [email protected]. Our complaints page explains what happens next. If you believe an image we have printed or shown uses your work without permission, tell us what it is and why, and we will look into it promptly.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
