Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £30.00, otherwise £2.99. Every item is printed for you after you approve your design and pay.
Delivery options and times
Times are in working days (Monday to Friday, not bank holidays). "Posted" is when your order leaves us; the time in the post comes after that.

Where we deliver
We deliver to UK addresses only. We do not deliver outside the UK at the moment.
Starting school or nursery?
Labels are made to order, so leave time before term starts. When there is a last order date for the new term, we show it at the top of every page.
Tracking your order
We email you when your order is posted. If your delivery option is tracked, the email includes a tracking link.
If your parcel has not arrived
If nothing has arrived 10 working days after we posted it, email [email protected] with your order number. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, so if it is lost in the post we will print and send it again free, or refund you.
