Questions parents ask
How do I put the labels on?
They are applied with heat onto fabric, and every pack comes with full instructions. Check the garment's care label first: a fabric that cannot take heat is not a good place for one.
What can I put them on?
Fabric: school jumpers, polo shirts, PE kit, coats, hats and bags. They are not for water bottles, lunch boxes or other hard things.
Should I choose iron-on or sticker labels?
Our guide compares the kinds of name label, and which suits which things.
Iron-on or sticker name labels?
Will I see the labels before they are printed?
Yes. Nothing is printed until you approve a real-size preview. If the print does not match the preview you approved, we reprint it free.
What happens to my child's drawing?
We use it only to make your order. It is never published and never used to train AI, and you choose how long we keep it.
