Questions parents ask
How do I put a label on a water bottle?
Make sure the bottle is clean, dry and free of grease. Peel the sticker and press it on from the middle outwards, then rub firmly over it, especially the edges.
How do I wash a labelled bottle?
Our washing and care guide explains how to wash labelled bottles and lunch boxes. Hand washing in warm soapy water is gentlest and helps labels last longest.
Will I see the labels before they are printed?
Yes. Nothing is printed until you approve a real-size preview. If the print does not match the preview you approved, we reprint it free.
What happens to my child's drawing?
We use it only to make your order. It is never published and never used to train AI, and you choose how long we keep it.
